Human Subject Training and Assessment

To all CRL Research Assistants, Graduate Students, Visitors, and Volunteers:

If you intend to participate in human subject testing, either by recruitment, the consent process, or actual testing, you are required to take a 15-20 minutes Human Subject Training and Assessment quiz on the web. Please print a certificate and give to CRL administration for you personnel file.

You may register using the protocol number of your project or request a PID from Human Subject office and use that to take the exam.
