Button Box Template System
Fasten the two hook strips on the button box in the positions shown here. |

Download the pattern for this template here [pattern.pdf]. Be sure your print dialog does not "scale to fit page". You must print this at 100% scale.
You should cut this template out with heavy black cardstock. Use a ruler and an Exacto TM knife for best results.

Place the stickers of your choice above the openings for the buttons your experiment uses. |

| If you are counterbalancing buttons (good-bad/bad-good), flip the cardboard template over and fasten two more loop strips and label the buttons in the reverse order. Simply flip the template over when you want to reverse the meanings of the buttons. Make sure your PsyScope script is written so you can reverse the meanings of the buttons so the data are recorded properly. |

The old strap-on button blockers can be replaced by a special version of this template where the middle button is covered by raised heavy cardboard. Contact CRL's technical support to obtain one of these. |
