Macintosh Setup Guide
Before beginning any PsyScope testing session, please read through this guide for setting up and preparing the Macintosh. If you have left a Macintosh out of sight for a period of time, don't assume that it is in the same configuration as when you left it. Always go through each of the items in this guide to make sure the connections are reliable and that the system will be responsive enough to collect data.
Select one of the following systems for a checklist of equipment and the connection diagram:
If the Macintosh is already on:
- Locate the red CHECK-IN icon and double-click it. Follow any instructions on the screen for making any changes to prep the Macintosh for running PsyScope.
- Restart the Macintosh (even if you are not told to on the screen).
- Continue with instructions for running your specific experiment.
