Sophos Anti-Virus

UCSD provides Sophos Anti-Virus software for FREE to all UCSD students, faculty and staff. All UCSD students, faculty and staff must download the software from UCSD Software Distribution.

Users not connected directly to the UCSD network must have a valid UCSD Network username/password in order to acccess the UCSD Sophos server using a web proxy. Users connected via the UCSD VPN do not need to use the web proxy. See the installation and setup information when you download the software.
