Yes, here he is...Tito the Wonder Puppy in all his glory. Tito is a fairly spoiled dog, enjoying multiple treats every day, though his favorite treat is one only cats can provide (if you know what I mean). Tito was a recue dog and though he has his quirks, I would never trade him for a purebred dog. If any of you are thinking about getting a pet, I recommend chekcing out your local animal shelter.

John in one of his most classic poses, holding a coffee cup. Though this one actually contains Mayan Hot Chocolate served to us in Toronto last January. Don't you love his crazy red hair? I do.
The two deaf dogs, Tito and Shaak Ti, on their exquisite window perch. I won't even get into what a pain it was to construct, and the money it cost me to buy their fuzzy stairs.

My girls: Anna and Sue. Here we're reliving our glory days at the Q in Palo Alto. All those nights of booty dancying, not gone but seemingly long ago...
Michael's UCLA Law school graduation, here the grad is posing with Kauyer. Anna, Kauyer, Matt, and I went to see the boy graduate, but they called his name while we were in the bathroom. I was very upset that a law school couldn't make their students graduate in any predictable order. At least we got some photos.

We look so happy, you'd never know it was 113 degrees in the shade, in Vegas of course. And we all know how well I do in the heat, I thought I was going to melt. We had grand plans of sitting out by the pool, but that just seemed like too much work and so we were forced to spend time gambling instead.
All I wanna do is dance, dance. Remember the days when we would close down the bars. Remember Molly's and all that went along with it? And then there was the one time that guy stomped on my big toe and caused my nail to fall off...

Anna & Miguel enjoying themselves at Myake's in Palo Alto. Many saki bombs were finished that night, and in many previous nights. I'll always remember the smoke machine, the techno music, and the waiters leading us in an exuberant cry: 1, 2, 3, Sake Bomb!
When I was in NYC May 2005 I caught up with Stacey for a day of shopping and eating and drinking. There was that one cheesecake place where we each got our own individual cheesecake, but it was so good that we had to get a third to share between us.

Happy times in San Francisco. This is my favorite picture of John and me.
An action shot of Andy and me on the Tilt-a-Whirl at the San Diego County Fair. This was the only ride I went on, being reminded that I have a head that's not fully attached, often causing motion sickness. After the ride, we stuck to the animal barns, which I enjoyed much more.

One of my favorite pictures, with Miguel, Stephen, and Sue. Here we're at the "Where the Wild Things Are" store at the top of the Sony Metreon in San Francisco. After playing with the toys, we walked through the exhibt and had a lot of fun. I'd highly recommend it for kids of all ages.
Trying out the self-timer: "3 Flashes!". While we were up in the Bay area, Shaby just happened to be in town, too so we had to document the moment.

Two of my favorites: John and Mammoth. It was beautiful there last spring break, with sunny skies few people, and good snowboarding. Can't ask for much more than that on a Thursday morning.
Tulips are my favorite flowers, as any of my good friends should know. When I was in Chicago in May 2004 I was just in time to see them blooming all around the city. Needless to say, I was very excited. These are in the park near the Chicago Art Institute, which is a fabulous museum, if you haven't been.

Here Mom, Dad, and Lindsay are sitting in the Memphis airport. For some unknown reason, many of my family photos are taken in airports around the country.
Mom and Dad came to visit Thanksgiving 2004 and I took them out to the desert around San Diego. It had just raining and some of the cacti were even blooming. Little did we know that it would continue to rain all winter, being one of the wettest ever recorded in San Diego.

Marnie and I motivated to join the One Club at the Excalibur and we were very proud of our bungee cords-made us look like real gamblers.
Only in Vegas can you find eaglets larger than you. I wanted to climb in the nest, but that didn't appear to be possible.

My Vegas girls: Jen, Marnie, & Sara at the beginning of that long, long night at the NYNY. This was prior to many Long Islands, prior to the Irish boys in at the 9 Irishmen, and prior to a call to the casino security. If only we knew what was in store...
Halloween 2005 will be remembered as a break-through year. I had gone through all of my costumes and so my options were to either move (not quite an option yet, given my student status) or come up with a new do. So a new-do it was: Medusa's hair took me nearly 4 hours to complete the snake look. Andy accompanied me as Peter Pan on the Halloween Party tour. I got lots of complements on the costume, with many random people wanting to take their photo with me.

Old Friends, New Friends. Here are 2 of my oldest friends: Gillian, my roommate for 3 years at Stanford and Eaton, the first person I met at Stanford. I love them both dearly. And Ryan is the newbie. He's a buddy of Eaton's so I'm sure I'd met him before, but he really wanted to be in this reunion photo.
Night on the town in Palo Alto with Miguel, Anna, & Stephen. This was the beginning of a long night: 2+ hours at Miyake's downing sake bombs, a stop at Rudy's dive bar, dancing at Molly's, and then who can forget the hour-long wait for pho? Note my skull & crossbones pirate shirt with the button eyes; it's sure to strike fear into most anybody.
